isBankAccountNumberValidWithPrefix

Überprüft ob angegebene Konto Nummer ein gültiges Format hat oder nicht, Rückabe: Bei richtigen oder nicht überprüfbaren Kontonummern: Kontonummer + validPrefix, bei eindeutig falschen Kontonummern: Kontonummer + invalidPrefix)
